Eclipse provides full I&C design services. Instrument selection and sizing, PLC and DCS engineering, control panel layout/ preparation of I&C plans and specifications. CAD generated P&lDs, detail drawings, loop drawings, wiring schematics and as built drawings.
Pre-design Services
Eclipse can evaluate the existing condition of currently installed control systems. A written report with recommendations can be provided for inclusion in the facility plan or upgrade proposal.
PLC, DCS and HMI Design & Programming
Our automation engineers have extensive experience in working with PLC suppliers such as Allen Bradley, Modicon, and Siemens, and SCADA/HMI suppliers such as Rockwell, Wonderware, Citect and Intellution supplying the latest automation technology to provide efficient, flexible control systems for ‘best of class’ products. Also having an extensive programming background in Bailey, Honeywell, and Foxboro DCS programming has enabled us to be very effective at programming PLCs.
Plant Start-Up Services
Eclipse brings years of hands-on, in-plant experience to a startup team. We are skilled at bringing new controls on-line without disruption of critical plant operations. We provide top notch operator training, documentation and information.
Instrument Calibration
Eclipse provides calibration services for a broad range of process measurements including pressure, level, flow, temperature, and density instruments. ECI also provides calibration and commissioning of single loop controllers, pneumatic and hydraulic control systems/ signal converters and hydraulic actuators.

Our broad skill set enables Eclipse to handle engineering, procurement, installation, and commissioning under one roof. Coordination between designers and field techs means fewer mistakes and lower overall project costs.
